By Substructure - scientist can find methods through a substructure search
By Similarity Search - scientist can find methods by through a similarity search of a drawn structure; each structure returned in the results is ranked with a Tanimoto score
By Separating 2 or More Structures - scientist can request that Method Genius find the best methods for separating 2 or more structures drawn
